The LGBTIQ Agreement
for BCG

Words matter as long as you stand by your word. That's why we created a print ad (published in the NZZ) which is more than a print ad for the annual Pride and also lasts longer: THE LGBTIQ+ AGREEMENT for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) - a document where some of the biggest companies in Switzerland gave their signatures to promise a work friendly environment for everybody.

Personal highlight: Even though I wouldn’t call myself a LinkedIn influencer, the likes I got on the business network when I shared the case, got me the most likes ever - which in this case is somehow a key indicator that diversity has probably become more than a buzz word. Yet, I still don’t think that we as a society are as open minded as we think we are (what is actually a low light in the highlight).
